Bamburgh Lighthouse, Northumbrian Coast.

This small lighthouse is located above rocks at the north end of Bamburgh Beach, below the golf course club house,

There has been a light here since the early 20th century but the present building dates from the 1970's.

The light, which is still active is seen in the photo below in early morning summer sunlight.
